System administration services encompass design, installation and maintenance of a computer system.

Designing a system includes hardware part and software part. Hardware part implies determining the adequate number of servers and workstations required for your business and network or networks to connect all those workstations and servers. Software part means determining types of server and workstation software as well as security software (data backups, anti-virus/spam/spy-ware solutions) that will be installed.

The second phase is installation. In this phase your server and workstations will get respective Operating Systems, supporting applications and security software.
Once the system is set up and running, we provide you with the third phase which is maintenance. It consists of regular updating of all software and troubleshooting. Apart from this, we will consistently monitor your system for security vulnerabilities and threats.
